If the tracking of the package status has been confirmed as delivered by your local delivery service then we are not liable to refund the customer. The return policy is for 14 days from your original order date. We cannot offer a refund if 14 days have gone by since your purchase. Once returned and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with appropriate address. You are responsible for your own shipping costs plus handling.
